A tradition of hospitality.
The Hainz Family
Genuine warmth. At the Jochele Hotel & Restaurant, individual care for our guests is a matter of honour. No more and no less. Hospitality and being hosts is so deeply rooted in the family tradition that the understanding of what guests want is probably part of our genetic make-up. Generations of innkeepers do leave their traces. You can see them in the details, in the finer points - a friendly smile here, an amiable gesture there. Senior landlord Paul Hainz and his wife Christl have been taking care of the needs of their guests since 1986 and building bridges between regular visitors and gourmets, neighbours and well-travelled guests. Miriam and Michi Hainz are continuing this age-old tradition into the present day – with their very own interpretation of South Tyrolean inn culture: comfort that is achieved without a lot of fuss, but with a keen eye for what matters.
The Jochele and its friendly informality...
Personal attention to our guests is not just an empty promise for us. It is a part of our family tradition and therefore part of our identity, part of the Jochele. And so - in time-honoured inn tradition - we permit ourselves to address our guests and regulars’ table visitors in a friendly and informal manner.
