Home-made Alto Adige specialities include Schlutzkrapfen (crescent-shaped ravioli), speck or cheese canederli (dumplings) with sauerkraut salad; aromatic Kräuternocken and the sweet Kaiserschmarren are always included in the great variety that characterizes our menu.

Arrival


Drive along the Brenner autobahn (A22) to the Brixen exit, then continue on the state road (SS49-E66) into the Puster Valley. You can also reach us via Lienz in East Tyrol. To do so, pass through the border between Ahrnbach and Winnebach (B100-E66) and continue driving along the state road (SS49-E66) to Pfalzen. Please note: in Italy, use of the highway is subject to tolls!
